Mountain Pride Kaylee
Kaylee is 5 years old. Kaylee is 140lbs. Smaller girl but produced some very large puppies in her first litter in 2012 and again with her 2013 litter. She is a true example of what it is to be a mastiff. Very true gentle giant! She is such a lazy and sweet girl. Her temperament and disposition is astounding. Great with kids, very well socialized and attends my children's sporting events as the team mascot! Although, she is part of our breeding program she is also a very big part of our family, as is all of our mastiffs.
Health Testings

PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy)-
Homozygous Normal
CERF (Canine Eye Registration Foundation)-
Normal (Eliminates heritable eye diseases in offspring)
Cardiac (Heart)-
Good (Healthy, No murmurs)
OFA Hips-
(Kaylee was x-rayed for this test, Vet said her hips look great. Come to find out the images of her hips that I had done may not be the best quality for OFA and could effect her results. We are currently waiting to hear back from a local Animal Hospital who knows more on this and are patiently waiting on their opinion as to whether I should have her hips retested or if the images are appropriate to send into OFA, pending their review of her x-rays. In order to test Kaylee's hips requires her to be under anesthetic as to why I am waiting for answers. I do not want to put her under anesthetic unless I absolutely have to. Unfortunately at this time we can not have her hips retested even if we wanted to. The hormones from pregnancy and nursing effect the results of this tests accuracy.)
